The Earthquake Center for Europe and the Mediterranean reported a 5.5-magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale off the Indonesian coast, according to “Novosti” news agency.
The center added that the earthquake was registered at 08:40 this Sunday morning global agreed time in the Flores Sea, 80 km northwest of the Indonesian city of Pima, which is inhabited by 66.9 thousand people, adding that the earthquake center was at a depth of 30 km.
There is not yet any information about injuries or damage as a result of the earthquake.
