Yesterday evening, the South Korean capital, Seoul, witnessed a painful tragedy, as at least 151 people, including 19 foreigners, were killed, and dozens of others were injured in a stampede after celebrating Halloween, according to “Novosti” news agency.
South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol expressed his regret for the “tragedy and disaster that should not have happened”, promising that his government will conduct a “strict” investigation to determine the causes of the tragedy, which is considered one of the most serious disasters in the history of South Korea.
