In a letter addressed to Elon Musk yesterday, Twitter considered that the billionaire’s withdrawal from a $44 billion deal to buy the social networking platform is a “null and unjustified” decision, stressing that it complied with everything stipulated in the agreement concluded between the two parties in April, as reported by “Agence France-Presse”.
While Musk accuses Twitter of not complying with the terms of the agreement, especially not providing him with all the data related to fake accounts on the platform, Twitter said in an official letter it sent to Musk and his representatives and published by the website of the American Capital Markets Authority that it, and based on the foregoing, demands the owner of “Tesla and SpaceX” companies to fulfill their obligations under the agreement.
